Ken,
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting all your thoughts and photos. After our first trip to the USVIs, I just cannot get enough stories and photos from people who live there.
These pictures are beautiful! I have throughly enjoyed reading through your blog at the journey that you and your wife have taken! I am currently an Elementary School Teacher putting my life in Georgia on hold as I plan to move to the Virgin Islands in the Fall. Your blog has given me a lot of insight, however I am still completely in the dark with where to start. I would love some insight from you or wife if you are available! My e-mail is kaithow@gmail.com Thanks so much and keep posting!
ReplyDeleteKen,
ReplyDeleteI have been doing some extensive research in relocating to Saint Thomas. The whole plan is contingent on blessings from my mother's oncologist to move her there. She is doing great health wise now but has chemo treatments every 2 weeks and has been for the past couple of years. Unfortunately, her doctor said she will probably have chemo for the rest of her life.
I think that retiring in VI would be great for her health and quality of life (and probably mine as well). My question is regarding the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute….reputation? technology? or any other info that you might have about the Cancer Institute would be of great help! :)
Also, I came across this yellow lab, Faith, that needs a forever home and I thought of you & your wife.

Thanks in advance…
